Sheep and Lamb Processing Prices and Options

Any cuts not desired will be deboned for ground meat or stew meat.
Please call for sheep and lamb processing prices.

By the pound, choose:

  • Lamb chops (thickness optional)
  • Loin in rib roast
  • Rack of ribs
  • Leg of lamb or round steaks
  • Front shoulder roast
  • Ground meat
  • Stew meat

For the International Community

We will burn (smoke), skin and just burn head and feet, cut the lamb to the size you prefer. For example, 1 inch for curry, 3 inch for soup, large chunks for the grill, or special request. Burks Farm also respects a variety of religious customs pertaining to how meat is handled and slaughtered. We can also save the internal parts if you request, but we do not clean the internal parts.
